Company Outings

A company picnic, a family day or a team trip to the ballpark is a chance to say thanks outside the office. Promo Bird helps you make the day easy to remember — event shirts so everyone matches in the photos, coolers and picnic blankets people take home, sunglasses and fans for a hot afternoon, and small toys for the kids.

Your rep will ask what kind of outing you're planning, how many people are coming and whether families are invited, then suggest a mix that works for the setting: a park, a lake, a stadium suite or the company parking lot. If you want every guest to leave with the same thing, they'll suggest one item that works for everyone.

Every item gets a free virtual proof, and our art team will set up your event name and date — "Summer Picnic 2027" — for imprint at no charge. Setup is free. Share your outing date up front; your rep plans the order around it and keeps you posted through production.
