What to send

Whatever you've got is fine

Better files mean fewer rounds, but a bad file is never a dead end — that's what the art team is for.

Vector is ideal

.ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg with fonts outlined. Scales to a tent or a pencil with no loss.

Raster works too

.png, .jpg, .psd, or .tif at 300 dpi. Bigger is better — we'll tell you if it won't hold up.

Or send anything at all

A yearbook scan, a screenshot, a photo of last year's shirt. Our art team redraws it at no charge.

Send what you have

Email it to your rep or attach it when you request a quote. No file-prep homework required.

We prep it for imprint

Free artwork help: we vectorize, separate colors, match PMS values, and size the imprint for the decoration method.

You review a free virtual proof

Your logo on the actual product, with colors, placement, and dimensions called out. Revise as many times as you need.

You approve, then we print

Nothing goes to production without your written approval. Approved proofs stay in your portal for reorders.

Common questions

Artwork & proofs

What file format do you need?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) is ideal. High-resolution .png, .jpg, or .psd files usually work fine. If all you have is a photo of last year's shirt, send that — artwork help is free.
What does “free artwork help” actually cover?
Redrawing or vectorizing your logo, cleaning up scans, separating colors, matching PMS values, and sizing the imprint for each decoration method. There's no art charge on any of it.
What is a virtual proof?
A rendering of your artwork on the actual product, showing imprint colors, placement, and size. It's free, it comes before production, and nothing prints until you approve it.
Can I revise a proof?
As many times as you need. Revisions are free too. We'd rather do a fifth round than ship something you don't love.
Will my colors match exactly?
We match PMS values as closely as each decoration method and material allow, and your proof states the values being used. Screen print on a colored garment and laser engraving on steel can't hit the same target, so your rep will tell you what to expect before you approve.
