Promo Bird is the trade name of Redbird Promos LLC (“Promo Bird”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, client portal, and messaging channels, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Contact and account details you give us: name, organization, email address, mailing address, and phone or mobile number.
• Order information: quotes, orders, artwork files, proofs, invoices, shipping details and payment records.
• Messages you exchange with us by email, web chat, or text message, so your rep can follow up.
• Technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, produce and ship your orders, send proofs, and answer your questions.
• To send order, proof, quote, and account notifications you have asked for.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages from Promo Bird, we use it only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms: replies from your rep and our assistant, order and shipping updates, and quote and proof notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business: decorators and suppliers who produce your order, shipping carriers, payment processors, our email delivery provider, and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information.

Your choices

• Ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
